 Establishment of Cafe: December 2002
We have a fine drink menu with freshly brewed Italian Coffee and Espresso, Premium Green Tea, Black Tea, refreshing smoothies and cold drinks, and more. Our chiffon cakes come in many flavors and are made from special cake flour which makes the cakes so soft and fluffy like no other. Our Strawberry Short Cake and Roll Cake are made from our chiffon cake, which makes them special. We also have Cheese Cake, Cream Puff, Cream Brule, and much more. Breakfast such as Bagel, Croissant, Omelet, Assorted Fruits bowl, Homemade Yogurt, etc. are available from 8:00am. We offer a wide variety of lunch menu, from healthy Salads and Sandwiches to a fusion of Japanese and western style food and Udon noodles. Enjoy the meal and the sea breeze at the patio.
Establishment of Sushi Restaurant: June 2003
We offer some splendid appetizers: Sashimi, Tempura, Salad, varieties of small bowls, charbroiled plate, steam basket, and more. Authentic traditional Nigiri Sushi, Steamed Sushi, creative Special Rolls, Main Entrees and cafe menu gives you plenty of choices so any family may find their kind of food. Complete your dinner with premium sakes imported from Japan.

こだわりのイタリアンエスプレッソベースのコーヒーを中心としたドリンクメニュー、
特別のケーキフラワーを使った手作りシフォンケーキはふわふわでとろけるような食感、ショートケーキ、ロールケーキ、チーズケーキ、エクレア、ほかのデザートメニュー、
